The JA-106K is a JA-100 alarm system control panel. It offers flexible settings and allows the smart protection of bigger family houses, offices, companies, and apartment complexes. The settings are programmed by F-Link SW.

The main control unit includes terminals:
- 2x independent BUS terminals
- 1x terminal for VOICE module
- it has a 1x terminal for a built-in radio module (JA-110R)
- 1x terminal for PSTN communication module (JA-190X)
